| This info will clear up some confusion about your situation and better help me solve the problem. When you called I assume you followed the prompts to the parts extension. Which although we have 7 lines and 4 people answering them happens to be tied up 80% of the day with the tidal wave of calls we've been receiving lately, but there is a voice mail there and it is my request and understanding it gets checked and calls get retuned before anyone leaves for the day. So when you called I suppose you just got a VM, considering you said you didn't talk to anyone? Did you leave a message? If so on what extension if not parts? And was your call not returned? Did you leave call return info? Now on to the e-mail. So you sent an e-mail to us about this problem. Can you tell me which e-mail address you sent it to? When you sent it? If you sent more than 1? and it is my understanding that you did not receive a response via e-mail? I would really appreciate the answers to these questions as I'm a little perplexed on how our staff would have failed to give you an adequate response to your problem.
